This may be your busiest time of the year, which is why it’s a good time to reach out to me about coaching. I coach people through all kinds of busy times and big transitions. Usually it’s job transitions or ministry professionals considering new calls or pastors strategizing their organization’s mission or artists finding their artistic voice or business owners putting structures around a new idea. And of course we figure all of that out.
But you know the most common feedback I get? They got to hang on the who THEY are even when the world felt uncertain and chaotic. They learned more about themselves and how they function best. They felt more like they were in tune with the still small voice of God even as the noise around them got louder.
