For #FridayIntroductions I thought I’d introduce you to my Advent videos. They’re Brene Brown meets Bishop Eaton meets Yoda meets Tina Fey, but also coordinated with lectionary verses so you can use them as your daily devotion. They’re efficient like that.⁣

So, like all good Friday Introductions, here are a few fun facts about the videos.⁣

1. Each day you’ll get an email with a keyword, Bible verse, and link to a video. What easier way could there be to remember to do a daily #devo? (Well maybe an app would be easier, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves.)⁣

2. The series is three years old, so you’ll get the best videos from the previous years as well as new ones.⁣
⁣
3. Some of the videos are on location. At one point I even emulate fellow #Lutheran Rick Steves, giving a little mini tour in Europe, but bringing it back to the Advent key word. ⁣

4. The videos go all the way through the 12 Days of Christmas. We’re purists around here. Christmas ends on January 6, despite what the mall wants to tell you.⁣

5. Some of the videos are VERRRRRY similar to the ones I made for my coaching clients. You know, people who are paying hundreds of dollars for access. Why would you not jump on this totally free Advent Christmas gift?⁣
